When put all together, I like to think of it as to be a strong, foundation, that is reliable, dependable and supportive, and to rouse your inner self (soul) to excitement, so it can be released to show you the answers you hold deep inside.
A journey of a transformative path of self-discovery when you encounter challenges, obstacles, and opportunities that will help you learn important lessons, and develop new skills, and memories.

Why Rock Your Soul Journeys and How I Can Help
I started life coaching because I want to make a DIFFERENCE in people's lives.
I want to HELP them find their own answers that they are searching for in their lives, to give them HOPE, to feel CONFIDENT in themselves, to find their PURPOSE, and to know there is always an ANSWER and that they are not alone. I want to LEARN about people and how they live, and function in life as WHO THEY ARE.
I want to UNCONDITIONALLY be there for them during whatever journey they are on, and in a SAFE, ANONYMOUS, NON JUDGMENTAL environment.
